Hi all, does anyone know if you can create a task automatically when someone leaves enquiry on the website?

Thanks @Sam-I-Am I know how to create tasks from workflow, but don't know how the website enquiries are pushed to NetSuite?

usually online online enquiry forms get routed to "Case" or some custom records. Find out where or to what record type the website form posting this data in NS then use workflow on that record to create task.
