You can enter multiple email addresses by separating them with a semicolon. It is important to separate the addresses with only a semicolon, and do not include any spaces.
Can this be done with a custom field?

I've tried... It's not a clean solution. Essentially, you fake out NetSuite using a workflow then changing the field type. 1. Create a custom email field 2. Create the workflow to populate the email to field from the custom field 3. Go back and change the field type of the custom field to free-form text It's not a sustainable solution, but a bit of a NetSuite hack to use that field. A more appropriate solution would be a more complete workflow or script to trigger emails

To make it even more fun, the workflow will require emails to be separated by a comma instead of a semicolon IIRC. Or at least it used to be that way. Gotta love the consistency!

Thanks. Yeah like everything else, this would be a close to impossible task.

there are third party solution that will allow you to do this. it is still system limitation not sure whyyy but it is.
