11/30/2021, 1:55 PMThanks so much! We have ours set to 240, but we still experience it logging staff off after ~15 minutes. Has anyone else experienced that?

11/30/2021, 5:19 PMYes - our IT dept increased multifactor security as well as re-authentications for our SSO/ Federated systems. Though ours was set at 60 minutes of no activity.
