Is there any way to tell if an instance would have Premium Support?
c
See in #C29GDT351 - others reporting email problems
m
We aren't having actual problems. More so being pushed Premium Support as a requirement for SuiteCloud Plus
k
I've never heard of premium support being mandatory for SuiteCloud Plus
Those should be independent concepts
Now - you might have to upgrade your tier of your instance of NS - which is semi independent of SC+
m
"Premium Support is required with the SuiteCloud Plus and therefore is on this estimate that was double checked by our contracts team." word for word from Acct Manager. That being said, our instance also says we have "Premium Plus Support".
k
If you are talking about a line on your quote that is a percentage of the costs - then yes that would indicate you already have premium support and it's a markup associated with all licensing

I love NetSuite sometimes. 🤣
k
I mean, relative to the SC+ cost, what percent are you seeing on the premium support?
m
10% of SC+
k
Yeah, then you already have it - any additional licensing is going to have that 10% markup
i.e. purchasing additional users/modules/etc.

As Kevin says, you almost certainly have it, so have to pay a surcharge on any extra billable components or user licenses. We're on Premium and the only place I've seen any reference to it within the account is in the Support Center case list, where a case was opened by Netsuite with contact info, etc at the time the support level changed.
m
I found it when you goto submit a case but click the link to call. A popup appears with the support level.
