I have to create about 50 fields for one of our subsidiaries. I have all of the field details outlined in a spec doc (excel spreadsheet) and through testing I found out I'm going to need to do this again in Sandbox (due to dependent fields and issue with bundles). Anyways, is there a way to create custom fields via some external tool that I am not aware of? I went down the rabbit hole of SDF but not sure that is what I really need. Any tips would be appreciated before I start plugging away 🙂

If you cannot bundle the fields, if the BETA "Copy To Account" feature is not an option then SDF would be the route.

Copy to account doesnt work in our account. It times out and I have a defect assigned to it for months now. I was hoping I didnt need to create them at all and there was some tool that would create fields from an import or something. Guess I'm not that lucky

A bundle would do it quickly.
