Is there a way to turn off email notifications on a transaction? We are receiving emails from NS even though under the communication tab we don’t have the “to be emailed” box checked. Any thoughts?

Is the send to all administrators box checked on email preferences page?

No it’s not. Also it din’t send to all the admins it just sent to the email on the customer record.

the to be emailed box disappears once that email is sent.
does the vendor have Preferences: Email checked?

Its actually for the customer. Its a RMA and i don’t see a check box on the customer record

I'd check for workflows/scripts that might be sending the email

Found it on the form it was defaulted to checked. Thanks
