Is it possible to only allow a small subset of a Saved Search audience to Edit the Saved Search? For example, I have an Item Fulfillment Saved Search that is widely used by many roles at our warehouses. Our IT techs often receive support tickets to update some filters or highlighting on this search, but the IT techs have a custom role in NetSuite that is not “Administrator”. I would like to allow the IT techs to edit the search without needing an Administrator, but I don’t want any other warehouse employees to be able to edit it. Thank you!

@Tony Zuko Only if you take away the permissions to edit/create saved searches at all (like even their own) from everyone else except your IT techs. Since the "Allow Audience to Edit" option is a on/off checkbox, anyone you give access to the search will also be able to edit it if you check that box (assuming they have permissions to do so). Otherwise it's just admins and the search owner who can edit with that box unchecked.
PPS if you do go the permissions updating route, saved search permissions are way needlessly complicated so you'll probably have to play around with the 6 permissions listed in "Permissions for Searches" SuiteAnswer Id: 8431 quite a bit before you have the right combination and you might not be able to distinctly separate editing a saved search from creating one.

Thank you @James Morris! That is a great tip, and might be workable. I appreciate your help!
