Hi, we setup our first integration with a 3rd party this week. They have completed testing and we would prefer that they do not have login access for security and save on the license cost. They are using an integration record and TBA, if I disable login access will that break their integration?

Why not make the role web services only?

If the Access tokens are assigned to user (the employee record), then yes, disabling login access will break the integration. We have a few third party integrations. After we finish testing the role/integration connection, we migrate the integration over to a single employee record 'NS Integrations'. Each integration has it's own Integration Record and Integration Role. Then we assign the access tokens to that 'NS Integration' Employee record.

@Josh Godfrey thanks for your reply. Do you run into concurrency issues with that approach?
j
We have a SuiteCloud plus license, which allows us to designate a Web Services Concurrent User. (i think it's up to 10 integrations) We also recently revamped our concurrency limit and priority for each integration which helps.
