We have 27 invoices overdue (open invoices) but the ‘Invoices Overdue’ reminder shows 8…why woould this be different

You may need to tweak your reminder settings. If you click on the pencil setup icon, you'll see a reminder for # of days overdue. Perhaps some of your invoices don't meet that criteria yet?

That’s what is confusing - we changed it to 10 days and now it says 2 overdue, but if I click on the link I can see in the URL its put 10 days in, but shows 21!

Interesting. I didn't realize the criteria set on the reminder auto applies when you click in. Are you able to see any similarities in invoices it's not showing as overdue on the reminder? Subsidiary, client?

Nothing I can see..I’ve raised with NetSuite to look into - thanks for your help @Dawn.
