Does anybody have issues when returning items that were applied promotions on NetSuite? We used credit memo as a way to perform the refund with invoices. The invoices are created from fulfillment/sales order where SuitePromotion is applied. The returning process does not seem to be logic in our end.
Ex: When we apply a BOGO promotion on the sales order, it does not pop up any further message if we are performing credit memo with returning ONLY one of the items.
