Is anyone here using virtual cards in their company? Note: Unlike corporate cards, they are cards issued to employees so when they request a Purchase, a training course for example, a PO is issued and money is deposited to the Corporate Card. We're looking for a way on how to record these transactions in NetSuite wherein there are multiple vendors in one transaction. e.g. on Main Line Vendor -> Paypal on Transaction Lines -> different vendors such as Udemy, Linkedin Learning, etc.

your situation is unique technically it can be done many ways - there is more than one ways to skin a cat. Easiest one I can imagine below: 1. create a non-inventory item/service for purchase called "Training/Education" with custom price option. Add all the vendors (Udemy, Linkidin etc) to the item. 2. add 2 line level fields, one free text field called course or catalog and other one a list type field for vendor (source from vendor list) 3. Create PO for Paypal and in the line level pick the training item and above custom field values. Raise the PO and bill it to Paypal --> virtual card. 4. for tracking create few saved searches for line level data showing those fields and show those searches with proper filters under employee and vendor as custom sublist. This way you can create reports and visibility for training spends. This should work for your scenario, though a bit workaround but quite simple and straightforward process.
