Hi all, is there any quicker way to export a Role from one account to another account (say production to Sandbox) - I tried "Copy to Account" feature but it gets stuck in step 2 where it says "Calculating dependencies. Do not refresh or close this page". -- I waited for a long time but nothing gets loaded.. is there a reason why this happens?

Usually because of circular dependencies that it doesn't detect & just times out after a while. I reported it as a defect a long time ago

you might should be able to bundle it.

I'd be careful to look at the bundle contents closely to make sure anything contained in it is mirrored in the other account.

I should have mentioned that I did think of bundle but was wary if it made any duplicate field/workflows as well..But thanks for the heads-up..I will live with it..I just have 2 roles.. If only NetSuite had a role import feature..then I would just export the role with permissions, levels, etc. and then it would have helped in some way..if only!
