I created a custom record called "Travel Request" and gave employee center full rights to the record. But they cant see it or create one. Any tips?

What error does it give the employee?  Try sending a link to one of the records to the employee and see what error NetSuite gives you

Also might need to grant them edit acces to Setup &gt; Custom Record Types

No error.  They can’t navigate to the record. 

If I send them a direct link it works. But can’t build any navigation to get them there.
