We have Searches that trigger email when a transaction is updated. the thing is, four fields are updated by the system and they seem to relate to Spanish Tax (release Notes from 2018.2 refer to Spain SII reporting), but we don't use Spanish Tax, and I cannot see any guides on how to stop this. These are the fields:

Invoice With No Counterpart Article 6.1.d
Simplified Invoice Article 7.2 7.3
Billing Record Cannot Be Submitted On Time
Issued By Third Party

Any thoughts on how we prevent these fields being updated?
