can anyone tell me the difference between SuiteBilling and Recurring Billing?

SuiteBilling is a module, like ARM or Advanced Manufacturing: Recurring Billing is a process that can be within SuiteBilling or outside of it (using billing schedules on a Sales Order).

Ok so suitebilling is the full module and recurring billing is a part of it. Can’t have recurring billing with out suite billing

Yes you can have billing schedules outside of SB. if you create billing schedules you can have your recurring billing; it will not do any renewals, etc, just bill according to schedule
