DropShip PO &gt; Vendor Return Auth &gt; Vendor Return Fulfillment. This isn't pulling QTY from warehouse. Is that expected?

"Now, the items on the vendor return authorization are marked returned and your inventory is automatically updated with the items that have been shipped."

Items that are on drop ship orders do not affect inventory balances. If you have it set up as a drop ship po, and then the return also as drop ship, then it shouldn't affect inventory balances. Drop ship means that the item goes straight from where you ordered the items, right to the customer, not through your company's stock.

I understand that, but some scenarios that inventory does come back. I did find the solution to this, however. You need to display the "Drop Shipment" checkbox on the Vendor RMA lines. For a dropship vendor return, this will default to checked. If you un-check and then fulfill, it will decrement the QTY being returned from your location.
