Is there a way to limit contacts to only contacts on that customer? We have users in our billing dept that are picking contacts not related to the customer.

HOW does that happen? what is the process resulting in it?

Are the selecting Contacts on a custom field? If so you we’d to set the sourcing & filtering on that custom field.

@Karina - they are adding contacts from the native list on the sales order. You can pick any contact in the system
