Hello all, Has anyone been contacted by NS for consuming more units than provisioned for file cabinet? Worked at a couple of companies using NS where consumed quantity was SIGNIFICANTLY more than the provisioned quantity and was never contacted/billed. Wanted to know what is beyond the horizon. Thank you!

I've seen 1 or 2 people in here claim they got nailed for it but its been super rare.

I've had a few clients get dinged - NetSuite tends to only go after those that are significantly over, and mostly around renewal time.
Or end of quarters.

Are you on the new service tier system? Also - 200% of 10 GB? or 200% of 100GB?

Are they trying to bill you? That seems like small fries to me to try and go after having 10 GB of overage charges - especially with the standard service tiers coming with 100 GB

I wouldn't lose any sleep over it.
when you renew- you will move to the new service tiers - which standard come with 100gb now.
