Hi, Anyone have suggestions as to why this error is occurring when uploading to the file cabinet?

It is possible that a special/international character in the file's filename is causing the error. Try to rename the file to remove any special/international characters. Take a look at SA 8927 for best practices.

How big is the file? The file cabinet has a max file size of 10MB

Only special characters in the filename are underscores and still unsuccessful after removing. @wes_w File size is only 116 KB.

@wes_w file cabinet max is not 10mb. Drag and Drop has that limitation but we upload much larger files no issue

does the docx file have any macros - now all files in file cabinet are automatically get scanned for viruses and macro could be false positive for the scanner

@NS Admin Maybe the limit is for adding files via script. I have run into this limitation.
