does anyone uses these fields on the Sales order record under shipping Tab? I am trying to figure out the Actual Ship Date for On time delivery Report. I am getting the Item Fulfillment Date but if I could use "Actual Ship Date" and if it works as expected, I would rather use that, also does it change everytime you ship something? because this is on the header level not the line level.

We do. The Actual Ship Date is populated by the date of the Item Fulfillment. I can't speak to it updating though if you have multiple IFs.

I tried in my Sandbox I created two item Fulfillments and it didn't populate neither

You're right...it's not doing it for me in Sandbox either. It made me panic though lol so I pulled the data in our production environment to double check. As you can see the Actual Ship Date on the orders all matches the IF's Date. I also just quickly changed an IF Date from 4/22 to 4/20 and confirmed that it changed the Actual Ship Date. Which it did. I we only do one fulfillment per order though so again I don't know how it would handle that....and if it doesn't update in SB for some reason that would be a little harder to test.

Yeah I will do more testing tomorrow but we have multiple fulfillment per sales order because we get blanket sales orders for a whole year n we ship accordingly, sometimes it throws accounting team off because they did multiple fulfillment in the same day against the same sales orders

@Suitestallion I believe that this field won't populate until an order is fulfilled completely, and then the date it displays is the most recent of the multiple IFs. So probably won't work for your purpose?
