I am trying to add the checkbox for making certain "Other Charge For Sale" items fulfill able, but the checkbox doesn't show up in the preferences tab for that item type. I read on the help documentation that advanced billing and advanced shipping need to be turned on. I've confirmed that advanced shipping was turned on, but I don't see an advanced billing option. Any tips for getting that box to appear without me having to guess which feature to enable? I'm concerned that I'll enable something that requires additional processes or configuration.

@Tim_Pedersen it shows up on my item records of type Other Charge for Sale (we're setup with Advanced Shipping and Advanced Receiving.) Sure you thought to check this already, but could it just be a form issue where the field has been hidden?

Yes. I don't see the option to customize a form for Other charges. I found out that we just don't have advanced billing as a module on our account. Thanks anyway.
