Instead of using Administrator role what role do you use? I need to give another IT person the ability to setup users and reset password but they don't need the ability to enable features.

You can give these permissions separately under the employee record, access subtab. IF you assign the FULL level to manage users, they will be able to go on the employee record and reset passwords

That is the problem. Netsuite good practice is that you should not give out the Administrator role but there isn't any other role available

There's a "Core Administrator Role" you can modify if you want to give someone an admin-like role now
