Hello all, does anyone know if exceeding the license count for Full Licensed Users ** a normal occurrence? We have 155 provisioned with 182 used and when I asked ACS, they we surprised that was possible

Only way I can think of doing that is marking folks inactive - then adding someone and then unchecking the inactive using inline edits.

You'd have to *intentionally* do that to make it work.

and NS is likely to come after you for licensing after the fact... so I'd probably make sure you don't have folks consuming a license who don't actually use one.
