Has anyone had issues with their EFT payment App license expiring? This happened last year and our account rep handled it, but we aren't sure why we do not get any notification about it before it happens.

We had a similar issue today - but the license was not expired, the license client did not refresh properly this am (set up/ license client/ dashboard) all our suiteapps had a status of unknown - we also had the same issue last year. Was able to resolve by manually refreshing (setup / License Client/ manual license request)

BTW - the only notification I got was end users saying they could not make payments 😞
