Good morning. Is the release preview for administrator only? Or how can I give access to other users to RP?

Same as you would for any other NetSuite instance. It just defaults to only giving administrators access. Imagine the fun you’d have if it automatically gave everyone access &amp; they accidentally started transacting in it instead of production? :joy:

Very true. So it sounds like we can give them access to RP though?? How can I give access to other people that don't have admin role?

Just like sandbox account access, you have to be in the account in order to grant them access. Login to the RP with your admin role and then grant users access

I noticed this today too <@UL93CFXFU> My login has more roles associated with it than just Administrator, but I could not change my role in RP.  The only RP role in the list is admin.

Thanks <@UEL688FFC>. I'm trying to give them access once I'm logged in to RP but I can't seem to be able to do that. If I go into one of the users, the roles assigned to them are all there and access is enabled but they can't see the RP roles in the drop down.

<@U29L0TQ2U> - I just created a support ticket. I can't run my testing with administrator since some workflows are role specific. We'll see what support says.

It looks like even though the users have Login Access checked, we have to uncheck access and save. Then edit, check access again and add all roles and save. Once user logs into NetSuite, they should see the other roles for RP.
