Happy Friday all! I have a customer record that i have created. I want to add some filters on the view, but for some reason I don't have the ability to create them. As you can see on the attachment, prior to selecting a field to filter, the "show in filter region" is set to yes. As soon as i select a field, the option is greyed out and not selectable. thx

Something looks wonky in that screenshot. Have you tried it in a different browser? Chrome has been in conflict with Netsuite for several folks in slack this week.

@JR Text fields as filters are tricky. But honestly, this sounds like a bug. I would reset cache and try again. If you did that and it did not work, I would click on more options to go into the saved search template and see if you have better luck there. In this screen, you can select the Default text field filter. That might make a difference.

@Aria Ghahari very strange... thanks for the suggestion. Even setting the default text field filter didn't help. headscratcher....
