My warehouse coordinator doesn't see the Tracking # on the printed form, but when I log in with the same role I see that, is there a permission issue or something else?

silly question - but do they have view access to item fulfillments?

when I login as the same role I can see the tracking number on packing slip that's what not making sense to me

how is it user error? tracking number is just blank when he does the same steps I do

where do I see which form is being used? now that i think of it, i see different values then he does

but same role should use the same form right?

i am looking at the code, they are using Sales order tracking number to populate that field, when i went on sales order to see, that field is populated

he tried incongnito and it's still the same

It does come through from the sales order.

That's really odd - sounds like a support ticket.

uhh i was trying to avoid that but thanks I will go that route.

we have a custom field on item fulfillment that populates the tracking number do you think that might help?

Look at permissions tab on your custom field.

it's plausible that you can see the field when you do it from the order - because you created the field

also - if your custom field is set up via a saved search, make sure that search is public

that would be another way to have the field visible to you and not the users

I didn't create the field, somebody else did, but I guess I am seeing it because of Admin role

yeah that's what it was there was a saved search on the custom field. I made that search public and that did the trick.  Thanks for all your help!!
