Update the original SO with some flag to tell a script to fulfill a line

It's there, just not where you think...  Look in the Fulfill Orders screen, you'll see a button to Import.

It's clunky - and I'm pretty sure it can only fulfill an entire order and only create them.

<@UPB6XUVQS> I don't use it, but I think it will fulfill whatever is committed on the sales orders you import, otherwise, you'll have to write a customization.
