How do you stop user from getting report Email from sandbox? I don't see that as Saved report or scheduled report or in the sent email list, but he forwarded me an email from NS Sandbox with Today's time stamp

In production go to Setup > Company > Email > Email Preferences, and under the Sandbox and Release Preview tab, under Sandbox Options, check to see how it's set up. You can choose to either have emails sent to just the user logged into Sandbox by selecting "send email to logged in user", or you can choose specific email addresses under "send email to". SA 20152 says after doing that, on the Sandbox Accounts page, click copy data to sandbox, or refresh sandbox, then your email preference should be applied to your sandbox.

so i need to refresh sandbox to make those changes applied that might take a while but that's an option

You should be able to make changes directly in sandbox without needing to refresh

This will stop all emails but not sure how to figure out which report ID is getting emailed because I can’t find the report that is emailed in saved report or scheduled report

you can look at the email headers

This is for report, I see the report name but when I search that name I don’t get any results and in the header it’s only system -via no other information
