Our company purchased netsuite years ago and it will be expire this February. Due to covid our company struggling with the finances so we hire a software development company to develop a software for us. The purpose is to mimic the functionality of netsuite and add additional functions that we haven't purchased of netsuite additional modules cause it's gonna cost us dearly. In the end we don't gonna pay for the licenses and monthly/yearly fees of Netsuite for the years to come. We're gonna migrate all the data to the new created software . Can we still access netsuite after it will be expire? We're hoping we can still access but were not gonna do any transaction on netsuite environment anymore just viewing some data. like transaction system information etc etc.....

Typically in my experience - no you will not have access to your data. Best bet is to get it all downloaded and saved and stored (reports, searches, lists, etc)

You can negotiate with the NS account manager. I have a legacy NetSuite account that has one user.
