I went into the ACH - CCD/PPD payment file format and tried to change the output from a txt to a csv and it said that I needed a license to do so. Does anyone know how we can change the format from a txt file to a comma delimited csv file?

10/19/2020, 9:20 PMIf you are using the basic free EBP then might require the Advanced EBP license. If you have Advance license then ask your account rep, since there was some licensing issues with advance EBP few weeks ago, fix was to update the bundle manually.
