Are you meaning, how to give access to the AP Aging report? Currently, NetSuite doesn't really have vendor statements like how they do with customer statements. You can customize the AP Aging report to show all vendor transactions during a certain range of time to make it look like a traditional vendor statement. Or, you could create a saved search version of vendor statements.
