Anyway to make it so a users password does not expire? Use case is an ODBC flow that uses an employee record to keep access. Currently every 6 months this expires and creates mass chaos until someone takes the 2 minutes to reset the password

you can set up specific days for password expiration in Setup>Company>General Preferences. Note - it is not a best practice by having a permanent password

I would suggest using TBA instead. 🙂

That was my initial thought during the implementation ha. This is for a CPM tool Prophix unsure if the implementation team did not know of TBA as an option or if it isn't an option

yeah, we have a tool that has that issue as well, but it does not understand TBA... lol
