Setting up UPS integration but getting an error message when I set a fulfillment to packed - “The requested service is invalid for the shipment origin”   anyone ever seen this? My warehouse location is in the US, as is my shipping address, and I’m selecting UPS ground, so the SuiteAnswers article for this error message doesn’t help. I’m also able to successfully calculate a shipping rate so the UPS integration likes me on the SO, but not on the fulfillment?
Found the issue - bad shipping item setup. BUT, now I have a different question. Deleting the test fulfillment with UPS shipment as recommended in SuiteAnswers as there’s no actual UPS test environment and getting this popup. Anyone know if there is actually a shipment that I need to delete? Do we really need to call UPS every time I ship a box to Testy McTester at 101 Rodeo Drive, 90210?
