Hello all.
I just added our new administrator as an authorized contact in the Account Center.
I had him log-out then back0in and the portlet still displays "Insufficient Permission".
Any thoughts?
His role is NS standard Administrator.

Add one of those two roles to his Employee record, then it should work.

@Nico Gronwald I added NetSuite Support Center and that did the trick. Thank you!
