Anyone having issue with Sticky notes? When an employee gets and email they are tagged in a note they get an error message and does not take them to the NS transaction DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN

That's a Chrome non existent domain error. Is this when clicking through a link in an email? If so, it's probably hard coded to an outdated Netsuite domain. I don't use it myself, so not sure if it's a regular editable email template, but worth checking in Documents > Templates > Email templates, etc
