Has anyone used NetSuite ACS service? is it useful?

We use them, and have been impressed with their work. We have decent expertise and have a NetSuite admin in house. However, we utilize them for well defined projects, scripting, and just as a backup resource.

Have used them for over 2 years. Yes, useful, though as you would expect, a bit too NS-centric.

If I may chime in, what do you mean by NetSuite-centric? Not considering outside applications? Thanks, @rudler

@shubs, what tier of ACS are you on? We use them now but thinking of moving in a different direction once renewal is up.
