Hey guys, I am running the standard balance sheet report as of Aug. 2020 and there is a Chart of Account that is not showing up on the report. I have checked and it is active. It is not restricted to any class ( I added a class to test this and this did not work either) or department. What would make it not appear on the balance sheet report? Thanks

No action happening in that account for the period the report is being run?

@Sandii Nope..doesn't to have any action in it. Could that be the root cause?

I believe there is a setting maybe to show accounts with 0 activity, no idea where it is though honestly... not a big fan of the report interface.

@Sandii Yea thats the show 0 under customize report. I think I have a solution which is to create an offsetting JE to the account which will create activity and make it show on the report.
