can you identify all saved searches that have an email setup?

You mean email alert or scheduled e-mail?

yeah i'm trying to grab searches that are sending out an email

Ok, try creating a saved search for a saved search. Include Scheduled = YES and Send Triggered Emails = YES in the Criteria.

Or just pull up the list of all searches and filter by type = email alert
