I have an employee set up with the same role as everyone else in her department... but she cannot view customers and everyone else with her role can... none have any additional permissions... She is just getting the "Unexpected error has occurred..." error message... seems she can do pretty much everything else (at least hasn't had any problems with any other records, like cases, etc.) any thoughts as to what could be the problem?

Is this sales rep role.

The role is not a sales role, although the employees in the role are marked as sales reps. They only have view access to customers and she is the only one in her role that cannot view them.
