Someone asked me to update our invoice template to display the total with USD instead of $. Is the only way to do that the advanced templates? I added a field to the PDF templates we used now, but it seems like you can't get rid of the official total field

The templates they are currently using is basic

But it looks like I will have to recreate them in advanced to get that type of look
