I have a client that wants to modify the Item Fulfillment email that is automatically sent out to a customer. However, I'm not seeing an existing email template, nor a mechanism that would be sending these emails. Is this a native NetSuite process, or am I missing something?
b
unless the to be emailed checkbox is marked on the fulfillment
you are probable looking for the order management accounting preferences
t
Ahhh, thanks @battk! I'll take a look now
So I enabled the "Use Web Site Template for Fulfillment Emails" as I assume that is the only way to be able to have control over the email template, but I'm not able to find where the existing email template is held for the IF record. Would I have to create a new one from scratch, or is there an existing one that I can edit?
Setup > Accounting > Setup Accounting > Customize Fulfillment Email
I wouldn't touch the website template thing unless you actually have a website

Thanks @battk. The issue I'm running into now is that it's saying I need to have the Advanced Site Customization feature enabled, but I can't find it where the help docs say it is in the Setup -> Company -> Enable Features tab
It looks like that feature is not available in this client's account now that I look at it. Is this solution not possible then?
b
id try disabling
Use Web Site Template for Fulfillment Emails
t
Where would I find that option?
t
Ah, got it. Thanks!!!

you may have to just turn that off and create a workflow with send email action, because the template is not very customizable. thats what we did
