We're using SCMA. Customer's have the same billing email used across multiple customer records (one customer can be a subsidiary of another which explains having the same billing email). How would a user select which customer they are representing when they log in? I know this isn't supported - I'm looking for ideas.
My initial thoughts: Set up parent/child relationships for the customer records so a parent customer gets a consolidated view in SCMA. I have not tested this yet though.
I tested having the same contact (with access) on different customers, which did not provide a consolidated view in SCMA.
I have now tested having a parent/child customer - the SCMA user (parent customer) cannot see the child customer's transactions.
The access role is set to all subsidiaries

You'd have hoped SCMA supports one email address being used as the contact (or billing email) for multiple customers - but it does not. Buyer Beware if you're expecting SCMA to be OneWorld.
I'll report back on the third-party solution if we use that.

Our team just implemented that 3rd party solution from Anchor Group and it works like a charm! The contact needs a primary company, add/attach additional companies to the contact, and then only set up their contact website access on one customer, and then the solution does the rest of the work through the user's selection on the SuiteCommerce site.
