Is anyone familiar with "View Only" licenses from NetSuite? Someone mentioned that NetSuite offers these at a lesser cost than a "normal" license.
Has anyone used them?
Can you edit permissions on them? (AKA Can I give one to my customer support team and limit their view access to only certain records?)

08/21/2025, 9:54 PMThey are called Specialized User licenses sold in 5 packs and come pre-configured with object level permissions that you can downscale but not upscale. If the object permission is not there you cannot add them. Cost is around $33 per user.
