Hi all, in my trial balance report, my numbers are off and cant figure out why. it shows as 65,318,673.15 but when i drill into it and go into account details the number is 146,678,354.97 (the correct amount)

Hey! This is usually a period or subsidiary filter mismatch between the trial balance and the drill-down view. Check if your trial balance is filtering by a specific period/subsidiary but the drill-down is showing all periods or different subsidiaries. Also make sure you're using the same accounting period dates in both views. Another common cause is if you have pending transactions or adjustments that show in the detail but not the summary. Try running the trial balance with "Include Pending" checked to see if that closes the gap.

@christianRILECPQ In the account details I only have JE and INV (none pending), same subsidiary, same periods.

you have to reconcile from the getgo. Make sure you find the last period where it was correct and then move forward. Usually it is caused by one side not booking the corresponding transaction particularly if your configs and processes allow it (one sided journals, invoices and VBs without POs)
