Hi everyone, Trying to set up the Support cases in My account for a SCA. The features in Company are correct and the properties in the Configuration are correct as well. But when trying to go to the support cases page I get an internal error. Anyone know what could be the issue?

Which version of SCA is? Probably you have not deployed the SSP 2.0 if this is at least SCA 2019.2

Yes! I forgot about that one. That's why it was requesting the Case.Fields.ss but not finding it. Thanks!
