Customer is experiencing issues with our cart. Anyone else having purchasing issues? We are running 2021.2.1. In Google Chrome, customer Logs in, searches the product, adds it to cart, then Error is displayed "Sorry, there is a problem with this item and can not be purchased at this time." Customer clicks cart and it shows it's empty. Does it again, this time no error message, customer clicks View Cart & Checkout, now it showing 2 of the same product in the cart. When attempting to delete one item, it deletes both items. Any thoughts, suggestions for fixing this type of issue. New to troubleshooting the cart. Thanks. Update: Looking at customer's cart within NetSuite, it's still showing the item in his cart, but it's not because he has purchased a different item since this issue.

is this for all items, or just some? I've seen this error before regarding minimum quantities.

Thank you for replying. It just seems to be one product at the moment, we don't have minimum quantities set. I'm thinking it's a cache issue with his browser or within suitecommerce not clearing correctly.

If it's related to just one product I would verify the item configuration is setup properly.
