Has anyone else experienced an issue where label addresses disappear after saving the sales order? We've been seeing more of this and can't figure out what is causing it as we haven't done any updating lately.

In your configuration do you have 'Remove PayPal Addresses' checked? It is under the Checkout tab. If this is checked and an address does not have a phone then the address is removed from the customer after the order is raised.

Thanks for the help but this is unchecked. So that can't be the issue.
