Hello everyone, I have a customer requesting give the ability to the customers to delete their own account, following the Privacy law compliances. Is there anything out of the box in Netsuite to do that?
Thanks for the quick answer Steve! It seems the list is a custom record right? It should be possible then to request a submission from the website right? And if that's the case, going further, to automate the deletion using a map/reduce script running every day, correct?

If you have large numbers of customers, I'd do some testing with the PI removal tool before trying to script it. It's unusable in our account with several 100k customers.
