04/27/2021, 10:18 PMWhen SCEM finishes installation it saves the "General Preferences" data. If there is a field on the General Preferences that is mandatory and it´s empty it will return error and the installation will fail.
Check your General Preferences to see if there is an "email sender" field that is mandatory on your account.
